Through guided questions and prompts we will pause in structured self-reflection for a moment to consider where we’ve been, and rediscover the treasures of the past year. Your artful calendar will serve as a place to capture thoughts, observations, and significant experiences, bringing some closure to the past year and clearing a path for the new year to unfold.

Learn to capture your dreams on colorful rocks to serve as tiny tokens and reminders of hopeful intention. A wonderful and quick project!
mixed Media Mantras
Learn how to craft a personal mantra to help you feel strong, capable, and at peace when you need it the most. The word mantra originates in Sanskrit and has been translated in English in various ways: a hymn or song of praise, sacred message or text, or counsel. Mantras are often used to silence mental chatter during meditation. Follow guided steps to help you choose meaningful words and inspire you to manifest your personal mantra. After writing a mantra of one word or a short verse, create a beautiful piece of mixed-media artwork, using collage, image transfer techniques, art pens, paint and other embellishments.
